We process personal data about you for the purpose of your application for employment, to the extent necessary for the decision on establishing an employment relationship with us. The legal basis is Section 26 (1) in conjunction with (8) sentence 2 of the new BDSG.

We may also process personal data where necessary to defend legal claims arising from the application process. The legal basis in such cases is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, e.g. evidence in accordance with the AGG).

If an employment relationship is established, we may further process the data already received from you in accordance with Section 26 (1) BDSG (new) if this is necessary for the execution or termination of the employment relationship or for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

Solida Safety Line GmbH operates a company page on the social media platform LinkedIn (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as “LinkedIn”).

We operate our social media page to provide information and communicate with individuals interested in our content. According to LinkedIn's terms of use, which each user agrees to when creating a profile, we are able to identify subscribers to our page and view their profiles and any other shared information.

For example, your name and profile picture may be visible to us (and other users) when you visit our page or comment on our posts. We only collect personal data that has clearly become part of our LinkedIn page through your direct interaction. We do not seek to collect or use your personal data for marketing purposes. Your data remains on the social media platform.

Statistics and Page Insights

When visiting our LinkedIn page, certain information about users is processed. LinkedIn is solely responsible for the processing of personal data. Detailed information can be found in the LinkedIn Privacy Policy .

LinkedIn provides us with anonymized statistics and insights ("Page Insights") about interactions with our page. These insights help us understand how users interact with our content. The information obtained cannot be assigned to individual profiles. Legal Basis for Data Processing
